Jenny is recognised internationally as a successful principal and system reformer. Under her leadership her schools have been recognised nationally and internationally for innovative approaches to professional learning, and school and pedagogical reform.

reformer. Under her leadership her schools have been
recognised nationally and internationally for innovative approaches
to professional learning, and school and pedagogical reform. These
schools have received national and state awards for student
assessment, literacy, numeracy, knowledge management, school
leadership and technology. Her approach and achievements
in school leadership have been cited in a number of international
publications and she has been awarded national and international
awards in recognition of her leadership.
Jenny has been identified as one
of the top one hundred most creative and innovative people in
Australia and is co-chair of the International Microsoft Partners
in Learning Advisory Board. She is Executive Officer of
the International Congress for School Effectiveness and
Improvement, Executive Board Member of the Commonwealth Council for
Educational Administration and Management, and is a Teaching
Australia Director. In her current role as CEO of the
Australian Council for Educational Leaders, Jenny has led
a number of successful bids that have positioned ACEL to lead
school leadership programs for education systems within Australia,
and has commenced similiar work for the Commonwealth
Secretariat.
Jenny holds postgraduate qualifications
in Educational Leadership, publishes regularly and is a popular
presenter at national and international conferences.
