Serge Pouts-Lajus is Director of
Education et Territoires, a Paris based consultancy firm in the
field of ICT and education focused on the delivery of education
local policy, decentralisation of education systems, the impact of
ICTfor education and culture, the promotion and assessment of ICT,
training of trainers, instructional design and much more. His
customers have included the French, Moroccan and other European and
African Ministries of Education.
Serge has over 30 years of
experience in the fields of education and ICT for
education, both as a mathematics teacher and as Head of Education
Software for departments and businesses. Previous to Education et
Territoires, he was Director of the Observatory of
Technology for Education in Europe where he participated
in numerous European R&D projects and task forces including the
Task Force Multimedia Education Software for which
he was rapporteur and co-author.
