Enabling and Supporting Your Vision

Policy and Plan

In support of your vision, Fellows will help identify your needs, lead the visioning exercise, define the core values and objectives, help analyse the funding of the vision, help identify major education stakeholders, lead development of initial strategies, and assess environmental impact of your projects.

Education Impact Fellows will develop an implementation plan including policy impact considerations, communications strategies, financing, stakeholders’ engagement, and standards.

Organisational Capacity

Innovative Solutions

In support of education transformation, Fellows will develop change management plans including organisational analysis, training, and development plans.

Based on an in-depth understanding of your project needs, Education Impact Fellows will help identify solutions and implementation scenarios.

Digital Inclusion

Monitoring and Evaluation

Analysing scalability and sustainability scenarios, measuring options and their impacts, integrating future innovation, identifying and including the partner ecosystem in your plans, and building local capacity are the main areas in which Fellows will help your digital inclusion projects to succeed.

Fellows will define structures and models, and build monitoring and evaluation strategies and plans including the set up of channels for feedback and reporting. They will use research on current methods, models, and usage.

Curriculum

Training

Fellows will offer consultancy on curriculum remodelling, technology mapping, development of your local ecosystems, and training of content development teams.

Orientation for teacher practice, setting up professional learning models, empowering leadership and building capacity, are the main areas where Education Impact Fellows will assist your projects.

Communities

Support

Based on their experience of successful community scenarios, Fellows will help build your plans, propose architecture, scalability and sustainability scenarios, and identify and engage the different stakeholders.

Strategies Support strategies will include technical support, learner and teacher support, student helpdesk schemes, monitoring, and evaluation of quality.
