This leadership workshop is designed specifically for educational and policy leaders considering or initiating a One to One Computing implementation across their system.
The workshop examines elements of successful programmes and
best practices from around the world while building a detailed
implementation strategy and vision specifically for individual
schools.
Outcomes:
- Clear definition of expectations from One to One Computing
initiatives, and how success will be measured.
- Development of a policy framework that will serve as a
foundation policy for schools implementing One to One
Computing.
- Consideration and modelling of a diverse range of
implementation options, across grade, subjects, geography,
demographic or sub-school, and selection of the most suitable
- Clear implementation of projects with defined criteria for
benefits realisation.
- Example case studies that could be developed into workable
exemplars.
